Applications to the College begin 5 October 2024. 
Deadline for Submission of S1 application: 29 November 2024. 

Please fill in the *application form by using this link: Online Application System. If students are interested to apply for scholarships (Music, Physical Education, Visual Arts, Special Talent), applications are also included in the online application system.

Parents please ensure the required documents (No.1 – 4) are ready before submission in person or by post to the College (Deadline: 29 November 2024):

1. A printout of the completed application form. Please ensure the printout should be generated by the online system. Screen capture format is not accepted.

2. Photocopies of academic reports for Primary 4 and 5 (Whole Year), diplomas/certificates of special skills and achievement awards (optional) in A4 size printouts.

3. Photocopy of Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card / *Hong Kong Identity Card / *Passport

(*Students should also include a copy of visa / permit with an endorsement indicating that he / she has permission to stay in Hong Kong for study)

4. A crossed cheque of HK$75 for application fee payable to “St Stephen's College”. Cash is not accepted.

5. Photocopy of Primary Six Student Record Form (Parents will receive this Record Form in December from students’ Primary School. Please submit a copy by email or post when students receive the form.) If students are studying in Overseas or International school, they are not required to submit this Record Form.

Applications will not be processed unless all required documents, including sufficient postage, are submitted.
